Research Interests: Elucidation of enzyme mechanisms through X-ray crystallography and kinetics. Mechanism of phosphate transfer reactions, evolution of substrate specificity in enzyme superfamilies, deciphering moonlighting functions of enzymes via examination of protein-protein interactions on the molecular level.
